Q: How old do you have to be to play?

A: The minimum age required to play at our facility is 6 years old. There are, however, some children that we may deem too small to play if they cannot properly hold the paintball gun.

Q: How much does it cost to play?

A: We have different pricing options depending on the size of your group. See the group pricing page. If you come to play without a group, we offer three pricing options for individual players. See the individual player pricing page.

Q: Does it hurt?

A: We use .50 caliber low-impact paintballs at our facility. These are much smaller and have significantly less sting than a regular-sized .68 caliber paintball.

Q: What should I wear?

A: We recommend wearing long sleeves and long pants. The only requirement we have is that you wear closed-toed shoes – no sandals are allowed on the field.

Q: Is paintball safe?

A: Paintball is very safe, as long as the players are following our safety guidelines. We require each player to listen to the safety briefings provided by our customer service team and referees.

Q: How long do we have to play?

A: All of our packages have either a 2 or 3-hour time limit; however, most groups usually stay about 2 hours. We are very time-oriented, so you will get plenty of games in within the time limit included with your package.

Q: Can we bring in our own food?

A: Groups that have booked a group package via phone or through our web site may bring in outside food using the following guidelines:

  + Only cake, cupcakes, or donuts are allowed with no extra fee

  + Other outside food may be brought in with payment of a flat $20 cleaning fee

  •   + Outside non-alcoholic drinks are allowed if they are in individual bottles with closable tops. No cans, cups, or 2-liter bottles are allowed in the facility.

In addition, a booked group may order pizza and other food items from a local small business that creates delicious fresh items for our customers. See the menu page.

Groups that use any type of third-party voucher may NOT bring in ANY outside food, and may NOT order food on-site, and may not use table space.

Q: Can we bring a cooler with drinks?

A: All outside drinks must be individual bottles with closeable lids to prevent spilling. No cans, cups, or 2-liter bottles are allowed in the facility.

Q: Are we able to bring in alcohol?

A: We do not allow alcohol into our facility. However, after you finish playing, there is a brewery right next door for relaxing.

Q: Is there a waiver I have to sign?

A: Yes, the waiver can be found HERE. Players under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver.

Q: If I’m over 18, do I need to sign the waiver?

A: Yes, every person that enters the playing area at our facility must have a waiver completed and verified by a staff member, regardless of age.

Q: Do you provide a suit to keep our clothes clean?

A: We rent coveralls for $10 to keep your clothes from getting paint on them.

Q: Will the paint stain my clothes?

A: The paint we use at our facility is all water-based, making it 100% washable. It will not ruin your clothes.

Q: How can I protect my car seats on the way home? 

A: We sell car seat covers at the front counter for $1 each. Otherwise, you may want to bring a towel to protect your car seats from messy clothes on the ride home.

Q: Can I rent protective padding from you?

A: Yes, we rent chest protectors, neck protectors, gloves, pants, and jerseys. Each item rented is $5. Some packages already come with these items included.

Q: Where can I store my personal belongings while I am playing?

A: We rent small lockers for $2.

Q: Can I bring my own gear?

A: You are welcome to use your own goggles and protective gear, but we do not allow outside paintball guns mixed with our rental players. Q: Can I bring in my own paintballs?

A: No. We are a field paint only (FPO) facility, which means that we do not allow outside paintballs. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Q: Do I need to have a group in order to play?

A: No, you are welcome to come in by yourself. You will be mixed in with our public players.

Q: Are there any discounts you offer if I bring in a group?

A: Our group packages are at discounted rates if you book in advance. Group discounts are not available for same-day play. When you come in to play, be sure to ask us about coupons and we will provide you with some to use on your next visit!

Q: Do you have any deals running right now?

A: We regularly run weekday specials and monthly offers. The best place to find out information on those is through our homepage where you can submit your information to join our coupon club.

Q: Is there a maximum number of players I can have in my party?

A: No there is no maximum. If your group is 20+ players, we recommend contacting us so we can work with you to arrange the best accommodations for your party.

Q: I’m not playing, am I able to watch my group play?

A: We have viewing windows that face the field where you can watch the games that are currently taking place on the field. You may also sign a waiver to view from inside the arena (with goggles on). Read about our spectator policy.

Q: Do you have a space for us to eat our party food and cake?

A: We have a large staging area with tables to use for play breaks, but they are only available for those groups that book through SDPP.

Q: Is your facility air-conditioned?

A: Our staging area is air conditioned on hot days. The playing area does not have A/C, but it gets a pleasant cross-breeze from our large open bay doors.

Q: Is your facility outside?

A: No. We are an entirely indoor facility.
